About Larkspur Studio
Larkspur Studio is a three-person interior design and renovation-consulting practice based in Bristol, working across the South West and, for the right project, further afield. We started in 2015 after years of watching good renovation budgets get spent on the wrong things first — we now get involved before a single wall comes down.
How we work
Every project starts with a survey and a conversation about how you actually use the space, not how a floor plan says you should. We draw options in plan and section before anyone chooses a tile, price the shortlist against a realistic contractor day-rate, and stay involved on site so the drawing and the build stay the same document.
We work with your existing structure wherever it’s sound — reusing a chimney breast, a stair run or a good window opening is almost always cheaper and often better-looking than starting from a blank plan.

Leads the design brief and materials palette on every project; fifteen years in residential interiors before founding the studio.
T. Marchetti — Project Architect
Turns the design brief into buildable drawings and building-control submissions, and runs site visits during the build.
S. Whitlock — Client Liaison
Your day-to-day point of contact — scheduling, budgets, and the person who answers when a contractor calls with a question.
