We take on three kinds of engagement. Most projects start with a Design Package and move into Renovation Consulting once drawings are approved; a Room Refresh is a smaller, self-contained service for a single space.

Design Package — from £2,400

A full plan for a room, a floor, or a whole home: a measured survey, two rounds of layout options, a materials and lighting palette, and a specification sheet a contractor can quote against. Typically four to six weeks for a single room, eight to twelve for a whole ground floor.

Renovation Consulting — from £180/day

Independent oversight through the build: reviewing a contractor’s quote line by line, attending site visits at key stages (first fix, plastering, snagging), and being the second opinion when a decision needs to be made quickly on site. Billed by the day, booked as needed — most projects use six to ten days across a build.

Room Refresh — from £650

A single afternoon on site plus a follow-up plan: furniture layout, a paint and materials shortlist, and up to five sourced pieces with links and prices. No structural changes — a good fit for a bedroom, home office or reading nook.
